2. Lead-Referral Disclosure

We may receive a referral fee from Partners for connecting you. This does not affect the price you are quoted.

While we make reasonable efforts to work with licensed contractors, we do not independently verify licensure, insurance, or bonding on every job and are not liable for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by a Partner. Always verify a contractor's Illinois license before signing a contract.

We collect the information you submit via our forms (name, contact info, ZIP, project type, timeline) and standard analytics data (IP, device, referrer). This is used solely to route your request to an appropriate Partner and improve our matching service. We do not sell your data to unrelated third parties.
